Peak Performance Diver
The purpose of the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course is to assist all divers in polishing their buoyancy control beyond the Open Water Diver level. The goal of PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy training is to enhance the student’s buoyancy control abilities through knowledge development and skills practice.
Pre-requisites:
PADI Open Water Diver, Junior Open Water Diver, or an equivalent rating
Minimum age requirement is 14 years old.
Cost: $220.00
Requirements:
- Mask, snorkel, and fins
- Exposure suit, hood, boots, and gloves
- Weight belt or weight system and weights
- Regulator system with submersible pressure gauge
- Alternate airsource
- BCD with low-pressure inflator
- Complete instrumentation, including a means to monitor depth, time, and direction
- PADI RDP Table
- Diving tool or knife
- Whistle
- Slate with pencil
- Log book
Course Content:
One day including: one morning of theory followed by 2 dives.
