Night Diver

 

This course is designed as an introduction to night diving and to help you develop the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary to safely participate in night diving activities.

Pre-requisites:

Hold a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent rating

Cost: $190.00 (inc. GST)

This includes PADI Night Diver Manual, theory and 3 dives.

Requirements:

  • Complete SCUBA unit including octopus & gauges
  • Weight belt and weights.
  • Mask, snorkel and fins
  • Wetsuit / drysuit, boots, gloves
  • Diving torch and cyalume (chemical light stick)
  • 2 x Tanks
  • Slate and pencil
  • PADI RDP tables
  • Log book
  • 2 passport style photographs

Course Content:

One evening is spent discussing the theory, skills & techniques necessary to participate safely in night diving activities. Three night dives are completed over two evenings, weather permitting.

Please note

A strong, powerful torch is recommended to enhance the enjoyment of the dives.
